Current candidates and their parents came together at the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center for the Students of the Year Workshop! Workshop is an opportunity for the current teams to gain insight and advice from expert candidates from previous years. Not only were parents and students able to ask the expert candidates and their parents questions, learn tips and tricks and hear what worked best, they all received a tour of the Taussig Cancer Center!

Behren is 3 years old. He was diagnosed with T-Cell ALL in May of 2018 and is currently undergoing treatment through the holidays. As you can see, he LOVES superheroes. Not only can he name every superhero, he can also tell you about their special powers! We are so honored to have Behren as our 2019 Honored Hero!
Students of the Year Boston is excited to introduce our 2019 Honored Hero, Jaden Doher!
Jaden is an 8th grader at The Bromfield School. She is active in basketball, soccer and drama.
Last December, Jaden was diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She is scheduled to continue active treatment for one more year. Despite everything Jaden has such a positive attitude and embraces each day with a smile. Her family often refers to her as their own super hero.
Jaden, you are such an inspiration to us all and we're so excited to welcome you to our LLS family!
